Clinical Services

Northern Westchester Hospital offers extensive expertise, technology and humanity in a variety of clinical services. The Hospital has a reputation for outstanding clinical quality for both inpatient and outpatient programs and offers many unique programs such as the Balance Center, Center for Sleep Medicine, an Outpatient Laboratory, the Ken Hamilton Caregivers Center and Integrative Medicine. The Hospital employs more than 35 Hospital-based physicians including Intensivists, Hospitalists, Pediatric Hospitalists, Neonatologists, and Emergency Medicine Physicians.

Information on the credentials of all of the physicians on staff at Northern Westchester Hospital can be found through the Physician Referral Service, which is supported by the Medical Affairs Department of the Hospital, under the supervision of NWH's Chief Medical Officer.

The Hospital is proud to be designated as a Stroke Center by the New York State Health Department. NWH is also one of only five Hospitals in the country to be designated as a Planetree Patient-Centered Care Hospital.
